This is an entry level position into the dealership that requires the ability to spend time with customers and determine their needs and discuss vehicle options, becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology, test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features, be able to present New and Used vehicles, follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail, support customers by setting appointments and follow up with them as well as Sales Manager, and follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
This is an entry level position into the dealership that requires the ability to perform tasks such as cleaning and preparing vehicles that have been sold for presentation to customers, parking cars and moving cars around the lot to make the lot appealing and easy to access for customers, meeting incoming transports and checking in new deliveries, making sure the new deliveries are free of damage and if there is damage noting that and reporting to the service manager, and other duties as assigned by management.
